Below are the steps to download and
install Smooth
Player.
- Before you start downloading this
player, you will need to check for
system requirements:
o Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP/Server 2003
o DirectX 7.0 or higher
- Next click on the link below and
start downloading Smooth Player.

Older versions
- After finishing the downloads, you
will need to extract files using extractor (e.g.
WinZip). You will then see
several files on your respective folder.
The file with the name "Smooth" is
the player that you will execute in order to play a movie.
The rest of the files, "Readme", "Logo" and "copying" are
actually created in order to assist you as the user to get
to know about the specific software, its license and the
usage of it.
- (Optional) Download and install additional
codecs.
o Download codecs from
http://www.codec-download.com
- Now you can execute the
player.
